Your event date is reserved only after a signed agreement and the required retainer have both been received.
Remaining balances are due before your event date as stated in your proposal. Partial payments toward your balance may be arranged.
Date changes are accommodated when possible based on availability. Contact us as soon as you know your date may change.
Design concepts may be adjusted for venue restrictions, material availability, or weather conditions for outdoor installations.
Setup is included with installations. Breakdown service can be added to your event.
